1. Do I have to pay shipping costs?
When you order for 30 euros or more, we ship your order for free.
When the order amount is lower than 30 euros, we charge 4.50 euros shipping costs.

2. I can't find an article.
You can use the search function that searches the entire product database.
Try different search terms for optimal results. If you still cannot find the item you are looking for please send an email to info@cornerstore.nl
We supply complete collections. If you cannot find an item, chances are it is no longer available. A collection is refreshed once or twice a year. New items are added but also items are removed.

3. Can I change my order?
We aim to dispatch orders received before 10pm on working days the same day. We therefore process an incoming order immediately. It is therefore no longer possible to change your order.
If you receive an e-mail from us indicating that not everything in your order is immediately available, you can of course still change the content of your order. Please notify us of this change as soon as possible (Shipping & Returns.
4. How can I change my personal details?

7. NOT ALL OF MY ORDER IS IN STOCK, WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
We try to deliver everything from stock. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that an article is temporarily out of stock. You can simply order this article but the delivery time will be slightly longer.
Delivery times may vary from a few days to, in extreme cases, 4 weeks. In this we depend on suppliers who unfortunately cannot give us exact delivery dates.

8. CAN I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
If you do not wish to keep an item for any reason, you may return it to Corner Store within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery.
An extended return period of 30 days applies during the December month.
Likewise, if an item is defective within its reasonably expected lifespan, we would like to hear about it via an email info@cornerstore.nl . You can often return the item and we will work with the supplier to find a suitable solution.

9. HOW CAN I MAKE A RETURN?
Despite our utmost care and control, it may happen that you discover a material or production defect after purchase. We recommend that you inspect the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and report any defects found in the process in writing (info@cornerstore.nl) within a reasonable time.

10. WHEN DO I GET MONEY BACK AFTER A RETURN?
Once we have received the return items intact, we will handle the exchange or credit within a week.
Any refunds will be transferred to the account you paid from.

13. How Do I Know If An Item Is In Stock?
Every item that we can deliver directly from stock is marked "in stock". If this is not stated, the article is not available from stock.
In-stock items are often already on order at the factory and usually have a delivery time of 1-2 weeks. You can simply order them.
